In her passion for helping organizations achieve profitable and sustained growth, she is consistently led her back to the critical importance of a strong leadership team with clear goals, priorities and ways of operating that support the desired growth. Her passion for learning has provided her with a broad base tools and experiences to draw from in supporting clients including a PhD in Organizational Psychology, and training as an Executive Coach, Scaling Up Coach and Family Enterprise Advisor as well as being licensed in several psychometric and assessment tools for succession planning.
